Help! Vaginal Lumps!

I had felt something while showering about a week ago but felt it again today looked in the mirror and I see lumps all over my vagina and labia. They look more redish/purple. I'm also 29 weeks pregnant. Just wanted to mention my blood tests came back clean. What can it be? So nervous! I need to call my doctor in the morning.
