Cramps

Anyone else experiencing alot of cramping early on? Going by 1st day of last period im almost 6 wks along and for the last 4-5 days ive been getting cramps, mostly in front but sometimes they wrap around to my side, typically 1-2 times a day sometimes more. They last about 5-10 mins and hurt enough that i have to bend over to try to help the pain. Idr craps this early with my son but that was almost 5 yrs ago so may just not remember. Currently no bleeding or anything so hoping my lil peanut is okay but they do remind me of menstral cramps :(. Figuring its probably too early for an ultrasound right now (unless im further along than i think i am - which i was with my son due to having a period the 1st month i was preg with him). Just trying to get opinions :(. Took us 1 1/2 yrs to get pregnant again and i hope like hell peanut is okay.
