positive pregnancy test this morning, I have a 10 month old little girl! in shock!

So I wasn't planning on being back in this forum so soon.... my husband and I had a beautiful baby girl in January of this year, she's 10 1/2 months old and is the light of our lives. This morning I took a pregnancy test because my period is a few days late and boom, it immediately turned positive. I feel like my whole world had just been turned upside down. I'm excited but also so scared... we didn't plan on having another baby so soon! I'm worried I won't be able to give my little girl the attention she deserves... I'm just worried in general. Feeling anxious. 

Anyone have a similar experience or comforting words? Trying to calm down and process what to do next.
