c section question!

Did anyone else feel light headed after c section? I had a c section 3 days ago and came home yesterday and other than soreness I have been completely fine, my incision is perfect and no other complications. But I've been feeling a little light headed for the past hour or so... my iron levels were low at the hospital, so they were giving me a supplement and today is the first day I haven't taken it (they said it wasn't a requirement once I went home). Could that be the reason? Any help would be appreciated. I'm going back for a check up tomorrow, so I plan on asking the doctor then.
