Okay so this past week I found out I was pregnant..didn't really know my conception date so I just went by my last period (October 17) which would make me 5w and 6 d.... I haven't called the women's care at the hospital yet to get an appointment yet since I haven't gotten the chance too and since there not open on the weekends... I was plannng to call in the morning (I will be 6 weeks) so I was wondering how soon do they usually get you in? And will they most likely do an ultrasound ?
