THE WORST CRAMPS KNOWN TO MAN

my period started today after being 3 days late ....everything was cool untiiiil these cramps started. Words can't even describe how painful they were, it was insane (not like period cramps). So I took two aleve's and was still in pain, so much so that I almost told my husband to take me to the ER. After I laid on my husbands lap and fell asleep I felt so much better, I guess the pills kicked in finally. But now I'm scared because I want to do a water birth when I have children i dont know if I can now ☹️
