Ok, please tell me what you think. I went to the hospital for bleeding earlier this week. They said they couldn't find much blood in my vagina but said my cervix was closed on the inside but open on the outside that I was fine. Now this? WhT should I do?

This to me, doesn't appear to be blood, rather just normal discharge.

It is hard to tell the color of the blood because of the blue underwear, but it could just be some leftover blood from the previous episode of bleeding. When you wiped was it red or brown? Either way, I would call your doctor but if they were not concerned earlier this week there is every possibility everything is still fine. I bled heavily around 13 weeks and much to my happy shock everything was fine. I bled again two weeks later - really barely more than spotting - and I was told it could have just been some trapped blood from last time that finally worked its way out.

Call your doctor.  You could very well have an incompetent cervix and may need it closed for you to hold a pregnancy. It could also be nothing because sometimes we bleed in pregnancy.  Better safe than sorry!
