HELP PLEASE

So, someone i know has a boyfriend, I cannot say who so please bear with me. She is on Xulane, the birth control patch and she had sex with her boyfriend it was a quickie and he didn't wear a condom. She hasn't really gotten pms signs, there were small little stomach cramps for a little bit but thats all. Im asking for a friend she is concerned she maybe pregnant. This happened awhile ago, she just removed her last patch and is off for a week waiting for her period.
