vent.. "just wait until baby's here"

Layne
So my husband and I tried for about a year to get pregnant before conceiving. We are blessed to be 21 weeks with our first today! During our TTC period, both of my sister in laws (my husband's brothers' wives) found out they were surprisingly pregnant. Not trying! So now they both have newborns and this thanksgiving was so awkward for me. I made a comment about being ready to go home because I was tired and they say, "you're not tired, wait until that baby is here!" Then I said something about how I haven't caught up on laundry and they both went on about how I will have to do laundry daily after the baby is here. There were more comments and it made me feel so left out all weekend. I am so grateful to be pregnant. I just hate when I'm made to feel like I'm so out of touch because I don't have a baby yet. It's not my fault it took us as long as it did. Anyone else?
