Contractions in vagina???

I am 34 weeks and I've been experiencing sharp pain in my vagina for the past few days ad tonight it's gotten worse. It feels as if my baby is going to pop out of my vagina.. Can anyone please tell me what this is

I'm 35weeks n I've gotten that type of pain as well. I was told it lightning crotch; baby is hitting the cervix or a nerve
