Advice please

Ok so i am 27 weeks and 4 days. I am having moderate contractions and also a pressure in my vagina the takes my breath away every once in a while. Like i need an ice pack down there to even function. I have been going to the bathroom alot #2 not normal for me. My baby girl is moveing every once in a wile. What do you ladys think i should do i have been laying down for a wile with no releafe.
