Incompetent Cervix 25 weeks

So last night I was admitted to the hospital due to pain on my lower left side, and near the location of my cerclage. After an ultrasound, it was determined that my cervix is only 6mm, and his bag is pushing against it, thinning it out more. They released me today on bedrest, and I am 25w3d. I did one round of steroid shots last night and have to go back in at 6 tonight for my last one... Has anyone else ever been in this situation or one similar? How did you handle it?
