Thoughts on Vitex?

Hi 😊 I'm 34 and on month 2 of TTC. I conceived very quickly with my daughter (who's 9) but have seen a few things on Vitex capsules and wondered if anyone had taken them before and if they help? Thanks 🤗

I have been taking it for just over a month, I had less PMS symptoms but a few days of spotting before my period and now four days after my period and I am still spotting! I am going to persevere for a another few months though and see if it get a better.

I love Vitex! I have been taking it since July and I have had some big improvements! I am also taking Maca Root and I have been on Fem Rebalance for almost a month. It has both of those herbs in it but at a lower dose then what I had been taking so I am still taking both supplements in addition to Fem Rebalance. Pregnancy Prep looks like another great supplement.

You need to really weigh up the pros and cons of using it.
I used it when we were ttc our first and it completely messed up my cycle.
