I have a 4 month old and I live with his dad. We have had problems in the past with him cheating and today his phone was on the bed and I went to move it and it had an alert of a chatting app. 
This is not the first time I found him on a chatting app but I been too scared to confront him. I downloaded the app and it's chatting and video chatting and literally everyone on there was like I'm horny and showing their private parts. 
I need help I'm a wimp idk how to confront him.

I'd confront him and ask him what it is because he shouldn't be on there if he in a relationship. It's wrong

If u are not allowed to see he's phone u should not be with him and vice versa.
My fiance and I have had this understanding from the moment we,started dating: if I have a question or in curious..to not hesitate and LOOK IN HIS PHONE,  because  (hes words ) -I have nothing to ever hide, what u see is who I am. I'm with u, and only with u, but of u have a doubt -look,  don't accuse.." and same goes for me. 
We use each other phones all the time. ..

Do you even really need to ask? You already know! Let him know you saw it and tell him it bothers you! He needs to know in your opinion virtual communication is still cheating and if he disagrees and chooses not to respect your concerns then it's time to move on. Coming back from infidelity is hard but if he really wants it to work he has to earn your trust. If he isn't willing to give his all then shame on you if you don't leave him. Your Baby needs a happy healthy environment! You don't need an unfaithful wishy washy guy! It will be tough but you deserve happiness! Do whatever it takes to find it!!!
