Baby Seizures?

Question

Is anybody having this problem? I'm 37 weeks and sometimes my baby will be moving then my belly will vibrate kind of for about 2 seconds. It freaks me out because it makes me feel like my baby is having a seizure. Should I be worried?

I thought the same thing about seizures but it just can't be lol Idk what they're doing in there. Just being weirdos.

My baby does this too. I always picture it as him dreaming that he's falling, and then startling himself awake and flailing around. Or that he's trying to swim 😂

Normal! Most babies do it in there. It's actually a sign of healthy brain activity:)

Baby could be stretching! You know when you stretch your body shakes a bit? Totally facinating that they do all of these activites in thw womb!

My guess is they are trying to get traction to turn. I feel it too :) I

He also has hiccups once a day :)

I asked my OB about this exact same thing last week at my 36 week appt... he said that he doesn't know exactly what it is, but he knows it's normal. He has had several women ask & even go to the hospital for it. Said it could be the baby practicing a number of different things. Definitely scary when it happens though. I have felt my LO do it several times since about 30 weeks.
