Exercise + Healthy eating!!
I need to start gym, working out and having a healthy diet..
I wouldn't say I'm over weight, fat etc but I want to tone up and lose some weight..but I need some motivation and help with doing this!
I'm wanting to lose stomach fat (more at the belly button area) and get a flat stomach, working on getting a bigger rounder bum, working on my thighs and losing some upper arm fat. I am going to be joining a gym and I do exercise with Nike training app at home. My diet isn't the best but not bad.
I need help with what I should be eating day by day and what real exercise I'll need to do at the gym and how much time I should be spending there..thanks for your guys help!
