induction request

Ok ladies what do you all think , I am 39 weeks and 2 days .. my due date is this Sunday coming & I am literally exhausted ... I go for my weekly appointment tomorrow morning & I am going to see if my doctor can schedule me for induction on Sunday ... physically I'm just done .. but I don't want to go out on leave until my baby girl is here/I go into labor ... because of how sucky maternity leave is at my job originally I was just gonna work until I went into labor but my body proving otherwise but I don't want to "waste" leave home ... I want to maximize every minute with my girl... what do you all think ?
