Braxton hicks?

I am 19wks....I noticed today that I'm having a lot of Braxton hicks....am I supposed to be feeling these yet? I'm kinda freaking out cause I don't want it to turn into real contractions

It's ok to feel them early! They start in the first trimester but most women cant feel them. But If they're consistent, call your obgyn right away

It's normal to feel them early, I felt them early and the nurses didn't believe me until they watched me on a monitor have one haha
