need comfort

i don't want a lechture from anyone because i know it would be my fault i just want to see what you guys might think. so i've been on the same birth control for over 6 months and it's worth very well. i missed one pill and it was the first one of the pack because the pharmacy was closed so i had to wait. i just skipped it and went on with the pack. now i fear i might be pregnant, i always get headaches and i'm sick today. the only other sign is i go to the bathroom more frequently. what do you guys think?
