frustrated ! need some advice
So my 8 yr old has been having trouble staying asleep . He gets up out of his bed and wakes me up . Theres no reason for him to be doing this and it just started about a week ago . My husband believes i need to give him tough love aka shut your door and tell him to stay in bed . I cant do that i feel guilty like something doesnt feel right about the idea of the tough love.
