toddler vagina smells like pee

I have a 2 year old daughter. I've noticed that even after wiping her, I can still smell a little urine smell. I wipe everything when I change her diaper, cheeks and above vagina/below belly. Basically everything the diaper touches but it still smells like pee. It isn't super strong, but she just doesn't smell clean. Even after a bath sometimes I feel like I can smell it. We use seventh generation baby wipes, or cloth wipes with honest company soothing bottom wash with water. The honest company stuff is the only thing that seems to make her bottom smell clean.
