sex after a bad break

me and my boyfriend if 7 months just recently took a break over thanksgiving. tbh i didn't think we were going to get back together. well me and this guy hooked up and had sex. anything to take your mind off things right? so I also started talking to a bunch of other people just for fun and was basically hoeing around sending booty pics and stuff. well we ended up talking things out and deciding to try and make things work. he's super overprotective and i told him most of the stuff that happened over the break. i didn't just flat out say i fucked someone else but i think he got the idea. he doesn't know i sent all the pics. earlier today he said it still feels like we aren't together. i feel so dirty when i kiss him because i was with someone else. i don't know how our send is going to be either. any suggestions about what to do or similar stories would be great!
