Pain Under Right Rib

Is anyone else experiencing pain under their right ribs? It's high on my right side and feels a lot like a stitch or cramp you would get running. It's been happening the last 3 mornings mostly when I start moving a lot and walk the dog. Wondering if this is normal or should I be worried about preeclampsia. I don't have any other symptoms. 24w today.
