Prepping: getting all the things you need

J
Wondering how March mamas are doing with their prepping in terms of baby supplies? I know a lot of people opt to wait for baby showers but me being the perpetual planner, I don't want to assume I will get everything I need at the baby shower. Although I'm a first time mom, I also come from a huge family with many many babies. I went on a spree during  Black Friday and got many big things on sale. I don't buy used (personal preference). When I look back at my registry though, there is a ton more to get! I have a huge family and we will be just asking for gift cards or clothes, primarily and if people are feeling generous, anything else off the target registry. Target has been our main registry for flexibility for family and proximity to us. This is our approach. What is yours?
What I got so far:
4 in 1 Crib - $99
City gt mini -$150
Grace snugride 35 $82
8x pampers boxes - $120
Sets of bibs, washcloths, blankets, bottles $40
I don't want to be stuck late in pregnancy unprepared, and spending more money than I need to. I saved almost $600 jumping at sales. Also being on the look out for these 9 months lets me get the things I want!
