Period!!!!!!!

Okay I have went 4 months now without a period I've been to the gyno and my obgyn I'm not pregnant but they can't give any answers either!!!! My SO and I had unprotected sex about a month ago we were drinking and we done it a lot. Now I'm sick to my stomach and I'm having a lot of lower back pain. I took a test and it said negative so I don't know. And am I still ovulating without me having my period?
