So there is this guy named Adam that I just recently started working with. When we work together he only helps me by cleaning and resetting my tables. He makes small talk with me and smiles at me and constantly looks at me. I kinda like him alittle bit. But I'm too nervous to ask him

Do you know if he is single? Find that out first if you don't know. If he is then maybe bring up say a movie or something. Like hey have you seen (insert movie here)? No? I've been dying to see it. Wanna come with me? Then it's super casual. If he says yes great. If not hey you tried and it's not super awkward.

Maybe give him your number.  Then he knows you're interested but you don't have to ask him if he is. He'll text or call you if he's interested.
