TTC after 2 m/c

I miscarried when I was 18. I had Kendra in 2008 with my now ex husband. and Jamie in 2013 with my fiance. In August we decided we wanted to try for another one. I always get pregnant on the first try so that isn't really a problem. But come October I started spotting. I went to the ER and was told there was no active bleeding so he didn't think it was a miscarriage and sent me home. A week later (October 18th at 8 weeks) I miscarried. As soon as I stopped bleeding we tried again nit waiting for AF and I got pregnant again right away. And at 6 weeks I started apotting AGAIN. And at 8 weeks (December 15th) I miscarried AGAIN.

Now I'm extremely scared to try again for fear I am going to miscarry again.

Any advice of tips or anything?
