Estrogen and progesterone

I did IVF and started estrogen patches and crinone gel. Became pregnant and continued these meds. Missed a couple of doses and/or patches wouldn't stay on...during these times I have had bleeding. Now that I am 12 weeks Dr has stopped these meds as of this past Thursday. Began bleeding again last night and have bled off and on for the last 24 hours. Have heard the heartbeat with fetal Doppler so I know the baby is fine. Just wondering if anyone else has experienced this?
