blood in discharge?

I just have a simple quiestion, and was looking for advice, some input on it if it's normal, etc.
I very much so appreciate everyone's help!
Q; I was diagnosed with PCOS the beginning of Nov, I am on metformin. I went 3 months without my period/and discharge. Now I do have normal discharge other than a little bit of blood mixed in with it. I noticed this yesterday a few hours after SO and I had sex, and then later on today after we had sex. I'm not sure if it's due to rough sex, or what's going on.
