Advice needed 😞😢

So I was dating this guy for about 7 months. He has met my family and we spend every weekend together. His mom knows me too.  I thought we were a good match and doing well until he told me that he didn't like posting things about our "relationship" on social media. I conceded and didn't post anything overboard about us on social media to show him that I respected his preference. However I saw that he has pics of him and his ex still on his facebook. When i asked him about it and why the standard is different in our relationship he proceeded to accuse me of being irrationally jealous of someone he has not seen in 2 years, and said that we are better off as friends. This was last week. After we broke up, he texted me 3 times since and asked me to hangout with him next weekend. I said yes but I'm confused about what he wants. I obviously still have feelings for him but idk... I guess I just need a few perspectives and some advice. ✌️❤️
