Can I go bowling while pregnant??

A friend of mine invited me bowling for his birthday but I'm sure if I can bowl. I don't wanna go if I can't. That would be no fun. Help someone.

I went bowling and it was fun. Just don't over due it. You know your body. Use a lighter ball and take breaks when you need to.

I used to go bowling when I was prego:) just use the light ball and watch your step.  Be careful not to slip and careful the way u throw the ball, don't hurt your back :)

How far along are you? The bending may strain your back a bit. But there is nothing inherently wrong or dangerous with it.

You may run out of breath easier then some but other then that use a light ball and have fun!
