Really late

So last period I can remember getting was back in September!!! I've taken several pregnancy tests as well as have blood work done.... All negative.... I am not on birth control and we haven't used protection in forever. .... I am getting worried that I won't be able to conceive again. :( Have a gyno appointment scheduled as well.
