PIMPLE ON MY ASS 😠😭

I have a small not even that much of a white puss filled pimple on my left ass cheek and when I sit down on the toilet it really presses against it and it hurts like heack I have a struggle to wipe my lil turds 😭 when I sit down in other places I try to not sit much on that side but still it's annoying and painful idk what to put on it 😭😭😭😭😠😠😠😠😠
