strange lights on baby monitor

I just need someone to calm my nerves, I was checking on my toddler sleeping in her room on the baby monitor when I noticed the angle of the camera had moved on it's own right in front of my eyes, ran is the room- nothing I talked myself down to that it was just the 'zoom' feature playing up. Not even a few minutes later I look at the monitor and see this orb move across the bed and then turned right into where the pillow is. It's not the first time I've seen this strange orb thing I'm hoping it's just dust or maybe a bug? I had a extremely traumatic experience as a child and young teen with a 'thing' or 'things' that I can't even say it type the word and stuff like this sends my anxiety through the roof I guess I'm just fishing around for someone to calm me down and tell me it's Normal
