Pregnant after previous abdominal surgery
Has anyone else on here had abdominal surgery in the past and now expecting or been pregnant?
I had a partial liver resection in 2015 for a benign tumor and am curious how my scar and belly may be affected during this pregnancy because of it.
I've been told I may get hernias at the weaker points in the scar and I assume my scar may stretch out? Also wondering if because my muscles have been cut through in the past if my belly will be lopsided or show sooner, etc?
Appreciate all input based on your experiences! This is me pre pregnancy, my scar is still there but nicely healed after over a year.
