Help.
Not period or pregnancy related, but I need help or advice on something.
I ate a handful of skittles, and about ten minutes later was still peckish so I ate a banana protein bar.
Almost instantly I began to feel sick, so I thought that maybe they had curdled and layed down for a while.
I was still feeling really nauseated and was producing loads of thick saliva so I sipped water for about twenty minutes.
I then proceeded to have bad dirrhoea.
Could the mixture have upset my stomach? I've never had this before, I eat the protein bars daily and haven't had skittles in a long time but have ate them before.
I know it's a strange, even stupid, question, but some advice would be great.
