Regrets....

I was just gunna ask for some support and no bashing I am young and I recently had an abortion 2 weeks ago because I was cornered and pressured into doing it by my family and now me and my Bf are depressed about it because we regret it so bad and if we could go back we would've kept it in a split second. When I look at the ultrasound I ball out crying for hours. I have crying myself to sleep nights every night & everytime I see or hear about a baby I burst into tears and I think this has even given me PTSD because I keep getting flashbacks of that day and trying to change it but I ... I just can't. Please help 😞😞😞
