HELP! Leaking?

So I tested positive for GBS and my doctor made a big deal to go to the hospital when my water broke. Ok so I went to use the bathroom and I've been wearing Panty liners and it was pretty wet and I know it's not urine I don't think it didn't smell like it. I'm thinking about in another 30 mins see if I'm wet enough then taking a quick shower then going to the hospital. Could that be discharge that soaked it up?
