I need some advice/help!

My daughter is 1 month old, she will be 2 months on the 11. She had a stuffy nose, she has a really bad cough, and her poop is like sticky dark green. She's been super fussy and chokes on her bottles, and she has never done this either, plus today every time I stuck her on her back she would gag and struggle to breath through her nose, I would flip her on her side and she would stop..  I gave her a warm bath last night and she threw up.. I took her to the doctors today but they refused me and said they wouldn't see her being so young... I was told to go to the ER, I didn't I went home, I'm debating to go.. can you help me ease my mind!!! Should I take her?! Or just stay home and keep doing what I've been doing?!!
