I'm gonna puke!

I am one day late; which the past few months I've been right on time so I could look at it either way. However, I am horribly sick. 3 days of a powerful schauz (nose) and nausea (mostly at night). Lastnight I felt like I had the flu. Puke pains almost. Yuck! I had to get out of bed and go take a hot bath to decrease my queasiness so I could fall asleep. Any ideas? Anything similar happen to you?
