UNEXPLANED SCRATCHES ON FACE!?

So I woke up in the middle of the night with with a stinging pain on the right side of my jaw but it wasn't until I work up in the morning I saw this. I have NO idea how these got there and it's kinda freaking me out like is it something paranormal? I have no nails at all and the first thing I did when I woke up was just check that there were no sharp edges or anything that could have possible scratched me but nothing. It was yesterday morning that I saw them and 36 hours later they still look like this. I've also got another one just like the others above my top lip on the right side. And they're extremely sore. I sleep on my front and my pillows are really soft, no zips or anything that could have scratched me and no pets. I don't tend to move much when I sleep and this has never happened before. Any ideas!?😂😩
