Why can't I leave him alone!!!

I hate that I can't stop thinkin of him because he means so much to me. I hate when I am not around him because he acts different. When I hear his name it's like I melt into thousand pieces but he does not feel the same. He treats me different when we not around each other but I am hurting. But I'm ready to let him go!
