confused??

I'm just asking for some help..
My husband is being super weird about oral sex. When we started dating that was the first thing we did.. and he loved giving, hated getting so he just gave it to me for months. And Idk resently we had a miscarriage, and he hasn't been the same since promising he's going to one night and nothing happening. Telling me that he loves to do it but never does..
He gets mad when I cry about it, he says I don't need it and it's nothing to cry about. I'm just confused, and want some girl help. Am I in the wrong for wanting it from him?
We have a good sex life besides that. He would have sex with me but not give me oral. Just confused...
