Stomach pains.

I'm 25+5 weeks and my stomach is very uncomfortable. It's not sharp pain but something like a period pain would feel. And the pain is in my lower abdomen on the side and back. I'm constipated a bit and I've had kidney infection before. Just wondering if anyone knows if it's just pregnancy related and nothing to worry about or something more? Hoping to see a doctor tomorrow!
