Are you already planning your second baby?

Are you pregnant again? Thinking about? My husband and I are in our mid 30's and this one in June was our first baby. He has already mentioned wanting to have another baby soon and I feel kind of overwhelmed. We have 2 animals and live overseas (at least 2 more years or so) and I don't really know what I want just yet. I would be taking care of the animals, a toddler and pregnant I'm not sure I can do it. There are things I miss a lot pregnancy but I'm feeling some postpartum anxiety about being a new mom in a foreign country with no relatives near by. Any suggestions or input is appreciated. I know I want to try again for one or even two more just not sure when or if there is such thing as a 'right' time. Hope this makes sense and I don't sound too off the wall LOL

Our plan is to try again 3 years from now. We just had our 1st baby 5 months ago. So far, everything is going according to our plan. 😂

We are planning on our second when our baby is about one and a half, so next August. I think if we had them any closer in age I'd find it hard to cope

I just turned 30 3 months after my first baby was born and my husband just turned 39. We want to have at least one more but plan on waiting a few years. I'm trying not to stress about our ages bc so many ppl are having children later than they used to. So what's best for you and your family!

We had our first one in June as well. I turned 30 in July. I know I want another one but not going to start trying till our son is atleast a year old. I want them close in age but not too close and need to give my body a good year break lol. My husband wants to start trying asap but I'm like "hey I'm the one that has to go through everything again, slow down lol" I want my stomach muscles back before having another so it won't be as hard to get back in shape next time. Taking birth control currently and will go off it when the time comes😊

I'm in my 30s as well and justbhad my first in June. I want another one my so knows this as well. I want to have one in another 2-3 years but not later than that. I can't really ask him yet cuz when I do he says he doesn't want to talk about it yet at moment lol

Yes! Mid thirties as well and I really don't want to wait for too long. Have been prepping my partner with the idea of having a second one sooner rather than later. Still don't have my period back yet though so that could put my plans on hold. I would like to start trying around the 9 or 10 month mark but yeah.... period.

Yep! Started planning before she was born. Going to start trying around her first bday. I'm a teacher so want to have the baby and then get to spend summer with it before going back to work.

Husband and I are also in our 30s with first one born in June. We've talked about another one but not for at least another year to conceive due to me being in school and wanting to finish this time. Our family isn't as far away as yours but not having family help close by stinks. Knowing what know now think it'll be easier with 2 children and having an older dog to take care of. Mid 30's too and just had my first baby back in June.

I always planned on two children, but I had a painful pregnancy, a horrific excruciating 22.5 hour labour that ended with a 3rd degree tear and then I had baby blues for a month. And personally I found the first 5 months really hard, babies scare me, I didn't really want to be alone too often with my daughter it's been horrible. All of this combined has made me question if I could have another child.

I don't and never have wanted an only child and I felt guilt each day thinking of my daughter being an only child, I just don't know if I can go through it all again, from beginning to end has been hard.my daughter is 6 months old next week and I love her more than life itself and I am beginning to enjoy her so much.

I guess I need another year to know for sure what I'm going to do
