8 weeks too soon??

Question

Is 8 weeks too soon to tell our immediate families and closest friends? Also I'm stuck about what to do with my coworkers, I work as a NICU nurse... I'm 6 weeks and I think they're catching on already !!

My husband and I told our immediate family right away with both of our sons. It's whatever you feel comfortable with. I told my co-workers after struggling for 8 months to get pregnant because they were my support system while we tried. They would also be my support system if god forbid anything had happened, so I felt comfortable sharing the good news with them after my first doctor's appointment.

 I had a miscarriage in December so with this pregnancy i waited until 12 weeks to tell everyone else.
I know its exciting . I could barely keep it a secret myself. But i needed too.

I told immediate family and close friends right away. We waited until my first doctors appointment (9 weeks) to tell other friends and family, and I waited until 12 weeks to tell work. But everyone is different do what you're comfortable with.

I didn't announce my pregnancy until I was passed 5 months, I was ready then and of course I was showing. But everyone does it when they feel like they are ready.
