PLEASE HELP

I had unprotected sex on the last day of my sugar pills, but he didn't finish in me and now I'm on day 17 of my cycle and have extremely sore and sensitive breasts! Normally I don't get sore breasts until a week before my period is due but this is 2 weeks before and they are more sore than usual! Should I be worried? I am anal about taking my pills each day!???!
