uk; blocked left tube. no endometriosis. clomid gave me cyst

Start of the year (Jan)
6 months = 6 cycle had clomid
1st month I was on 50 dose
2nd to 6- 100 dose
2 out of 4 months of clomid I was on metfomin
Doc recommended to have a scan - found a cyst
On the 7 month (July) I stoped clomid - got a cyst (3mm)
Was referred to fertility doctor, for (Aug) new scan (sept) cyst plus referred me for a laporscopy operation.
Cyst has popes by sept
However operation was still going ahead cause that's the only way to find endometriosis
Now Dec ...
Had the laperscopy
No endometriosis
Blocked left tube
What's next?
Nhs taking to long
Should I go private
I know my right tube works
But I think I bleed from my left tube,
?!?!
