soooooo long story

I am on the patch birth control and I weight about 270. The patch is less effective when you weigh over 200 but I decided this was the kind of BC I needed because I can't remember a pill every day and don't want years of BC. It's pointless for me. I took this path knowing I could get pregnant which isn't unwanted just timing not so great. Well this month I had break through bleeding and was told I am most likely not protected. Odd pregnancy like symptoms have been happening so I took a test, tweaked it and think I may see a line. I called my doc for a blood test and just waiting to see if she ordered it. So in the meantime I would like y'alls opinions. Please no comments on the back story. This possible pregnancy would be a blessing and welcomed weather I intended it for this time or not.
