DOES THIS MEAN IM OUT

Had a few vvfl pregnancy tests, one that was def positive but faint...but had blood and urine done at ER and came back negative for pregnancy on November 20th and December 3rd...yesterday had a BFN... I am now 2 days late...AF coming or no? So confused has this happened to anyone.....sad!!!
